CustomerI’ve installed the app on a couple of other machines and yes, it’s working without an issue. I’m trying to get to grips with why, before reinstalling on my main system.

CustomerDoes not work or does not recreate the issue?
The demo works fine for you, When switching sports between futsal, tennis and back to multi-sport whilst hiding the lights?
If this is the case then I’m stumped and cannot update to 3.4

CustomerHi Alexander,
If you enable the ‘Hide Game Light 60’ (as per screenshot above) or try to change the Mega Slam Hoop systems, the scenes stops appending at 80%.

CustomerHere’s a simplified working version of my sport court app where the issue persists. The full and live version works fine here.
In the attached screenshot, you can see a disabled ‘hide – Game Light 60’. If this is enabled the appending of the scenes (Futsal and Tennis) ceases to work. Non lighting related objects can be switched with impunity.

CustomerI can confirm that any change to lights when appending a scene causes the issue. Without changes to lighting there is no problem. Thanks Florencio.

CustomerExcuse my ignorance Alexander, how might I go about sharing the scene with you..?

CustomerHi Alexander,
I’m experiencing all sorts of strange occurrences when trying to recreate the issue. My model is pretty complex with many options etc. What is the best way to go about sharing a test scene and how basic does it need to be..?scott.vincent
CustomerHi Alexander,
I’ve played with the Load Unload demo, it appears to work ok except for when I unload everything and attempt to ‘add scene’ it locks up as per attached screenshot.
I’ve included my rather convoluted method of appending files, which may assist any diagnosis. I shall in the meanwhile, attempt to reproduce the error in a basic project..Attachments:
