Looks like you comper Verge3D look with preview look in Blender. Switch to render mode in Blender

Yry to set delay between Replace texture and Play Video, I think the video just not loaded when you try to play it.

Unfortunally it’s Blender 3.1.2 bug and we can’t fix it on our side. Please use previous versions of Blender.

Supported only animation of position, rotation, scaling, keyframe armature animation without constraints. No modifier animation or animation of specific object parameters do not supported.

It’s works fine but look at camera with back face of the mesh, change Track Axis to Z instead of -Z, or invert mesh normals.

You use SSR in the scene but it does not supported, instead of Blendder SSR you need to use special SSR puzzle.

You need to put it inside a base color map, the gltf compat material will automatically get it from there.
