Hi visualizer,
For now, it works, but usually the more opacity the objects have (except opaque objects), the worse the blending result will be. Therefore, the recommended opacity range is 0.0 to 0.5 (i.e 0-50).
I still recommend to check, maybe in your case there will be an acceptable result.

Nurgeldi DovletovStaffUsually this occurs due to the wrong location of the models origin point. The origin point determines where the object is located in the local 3D space. The origin point works as pivot point when rotating the object. You might try setting it to the center.

Nurgeldi DovletovStaffHi!
The AR hit normal puzzle allows you to cast AR content not only to the floor but also to the ceiling and walls. For example, usually, if the AR hit normal is not collinear with the global up vector, then it is neither floor nor ceiling.Attachments:

Nurgeldi DovletovStaffHi,
This seems to be exactly the same problem, it should help.Verge3D Developer
Nurgeldi DovletovStaffHi!
Please note that in Verge3d 4.1:The load data puzzle can now disable caching of loaded files. Also .json files are automatically converted to dictionary when loaded.
In version 4.1 there is no need to use “read JSON From” puzzle with the “load data” puzzle, now you should do it this way:
Please check this topic, it is the same issue there.Verge3D Developer
Nurgeldi DovletovStaffHi!
With Verge3d 4.1 don’t use the “read JSON From” puzzle with the “load data” puzzle, now you should do it this way:

Verge3D can now properly load animations with keyframes that are positioned out of timeline. This issue was reported through the Enterprise support channel.

Nurgeldi DovletovStaffThe issue has been solved, the fix will be available in an upcoming Verge3D release (in the next one or two weeks!)

Nurgeldi DovletovStaffFor now, a possible workaround is:
merge the scene into a new one instead of opening it in the standard way.More info
It worked for me, can you check this please?Verge3D Developer
Nurgeldi DovletovStaffHi,
Yes, sorry, unfortunately this is a bug, it will be fixed in next pre-release.Verge3D Developer
Nurgeldi DovletovStaffHi!
the constraint has limitations:
1. Please make sure you have set animation keyframes directly on curve’s Evaluation Time parameter, Animate Path button in constraint settings is not supported.2. In constraint settings Offset value does not supported, but Offset Factor should work.
3. Bezier curves are not supported, but will be in next pre-release.
4. You have to use only “Z-Up” Twist method in curve settings

Nurgeldi DovletovStaffHi,
as described in docs, it would be better to use TrackTo constraint on your grey bot (master parent) png object with target to some Empty object.Verge3D Developer
Nurgeldi DovletovStaffHi!
It will be better to use Verge3D 4.0 pre4 or you can also wait for the official release of Verge3d 4.0.Verge3D Developer
