@visualizer I’ll be trying to build something viable within the next 2 weeks or so and definitely post progress here.
Why don’t you shoot me an email at marcin@alphatauri3d.com so we can discuss if our business goals align?
Marcin KlapczynskiCustomerHi,
this feature is difficult to implement… but may be you can use physic for that purpose?
Do you mean having a box that the camera would collide with etc.?
In the meantime, I found an alternative solution that is forcing the camera back to the initial position. Not ideal, the user may find it annoying being “punished” for going beyond limits. See the puzzles in the attachment
EDIT: the script only limits one direction at each axes

You must be logged in to view attached files.Marcin KlapczynskiCustomerThanks, guys, I’ll experiment a bit and report back! I got the addon, used for embedding YouTube video, works after some tweaking of the scales.
Marcin KlapczynskiCustomerdid you apply scale before export? the plane size should be big such as 540*360 the camera setting should also be big, near/far and clip setting should set to such as 10-10000
Thank you, I’ll tinker with that. However, resizing may not be possible as I have to fit the screen into the scene, not the other way around.
Marcin KlapczynskiCustomerSOLVED:
1) I used CoreFTP to upload the whole project folder to:
/public_html/wp-content/uploads/verge3d/2) Added Application in the Verge3D addon – after hitting ‘Save’ this gave me the number in the shortcode.
3) I renamed the project folder on the server to the number of the app above
Works!
Marcin KlapczynskiCustomerHi You can try typical video texture method. You don’t need to store any vide in file itself.. it might be too heavy.
Check video_texture in examples directory
I hope your I understood your question.Any special requirements for the video format? I have used my link to mp4 file uploaded to my website and it doesn’t work…
Marcin KlapczynskiCustomerI bought the addon, however can’t make it work in my scene, works only in the test scene…
Marcin KlapczynskiCustomerCan you play/pause the video by just clicking on the plane? Or any other object? In your example video you click on a button above?
Marcin KlapczynskiCustomerFollow up – is it possible to do cursor change over annotation? I tired to use annotation id in the same manner as above, but it doesn’t work.
Marcin KlapczynskiCustomerWorks perfectly! Thanks!
