CustomerAlthough I don’t think it will help. Your app keeps crashing browser tab for me, indicating memory issues. May be you have too big textures?

CustomerI have an update on this thread.
Many vray users probably have been wondering “what is the problem??”As I have just discovered with an upgrade to Vray5, there is a new vray mat converter included with vray5 which works perfectly, including physical materials, lights and cameras.
This means that we have changed our workflow from vray -> physical to physical -> Vray for the time being and unlike the MAX scene converter it actually works.
I’ll let the forum know how it works in the other direction; physical -> Vray5.
But for now, the question has been SOLVED!!

I think my textures are too heavy.
Working on optimizing the file now.

Customernot really sure.
I installed 3.2 yesterday & could not get a proper authorization for it, so I uninstalled 3.1x & reinstalled 3.2 and things went haywire.Then uninstalled everything again, deleted all folders, etc. & reinstalled 3.2 at a different location.
Still no good.
Came in this morning, same thing.
Then reboot, still no good, but then it started working correctly with no further action by me.Maybe something was cached in Chrome?
