The recent download history lists it at 95.8MB, and the file is 98,183 KB, which is the same amount. The download history also lists it by the expected name and said it was done.
I went into the settings and changed the “Verge3D Network cache age (minutes) ” in the General tab from 15 to 20 minutes and that seemed to clear up the problem of getting stuck at 100% in the uploading.
I should have been more specific – when you click on one of the circle icons it should bring up an image of a store with some clickable icons in it, and those icons should bring up products – the product information is what is missing.
