I figured out the problem, the first audio was not played because the user didn’t interact with the document, the interaction from user is necessary for auto-play, Check the guide: https://developer.chrome.com/blog/autoplay/
My advice for you is, you should create a button something like ‘start experience’ that appears in the intro, so when a user click it the first audio will auto-play.

For instantly improving your visual quality use the “set screen” puzzle from the system tab, increase its value but don’t go much higher, 1.5 would be good. Baked Shadow texture applied to the ground is not good. Regards,
