    We are experiencing issues with exporting a complex model in 3ds Max that contains over 1000 parts. When we add keyframe animations, we encounter numerous errors during the export process. Notably:

    The model exports without errors when no animation is present.
    However, once we add keyframe animations, errors appear.
    Each time we adjust a single part of the model and export, errors occur with other parts of the model.
    The export process takes an average of 3 hours.
    Could you help identify why these errors are happening and suggest potential solutions to improve the export process?

    we tried this puzzle but it works with button only
    we want when file is loaded it should work

    Hello Xeon,

    Thanks for update

    when we grouped in 3ds max and then imported it worked

    Keyframe elements should be grouped, if not verge 3D is not able to run.

    No we tried in chrome and edge both, but got same error

    and when we load model without keyframe it loads
    in other files keyframe works properly.
