Try this…
For the objects you want to click 🕙 that are “through” the lid, in their drag puzzles, click the gear icon in the upper left of the puzzle and select “advanced event options”
And select “x-ray”.
Now you can click “through” the lid of the box.

If you’re familiar with javascript, you can use the exec script puzzle in the advanced menu of puzzles to write a function to parse through an array(list) of objects you have.
Make a new list of all objects EXCEPT the selected one.
Hide all objects in that list.

Pointer down/up works for mobile. Look in the top of the puzzle library for a puzzle arrangement for html elements like annotations.
