i received no answer so far….so i would like to ask the verge3d
staff….read the question above pls.I found no way to export an object from within 3dmax in such a way i need it.
after exporting as a GLTF Binary (GLB ) there are no textures on the object…the settings for the camera are not as they are in max.
And I need it with a Black Backgrond.Please I need urgent Help on these issues.

gf3dCustomerHi there….i have no idea….but i don´t think it has to do with anything concerning verge3d…i just export the object in max by the bybylon exporter….doing nothing with it in verge3d….
Any glb viewer or editor show it with a white background…
I tried severral editors to change it to black….nothing worked..
I know it is possible since i´ve seen GLB with a black background.
But since i´m not a programmer…it might be that i missed something essential to change it to black in the editors i tried…

My whole scene is very complex….you can switch between 3 cameraviews
load and unload objects and materials…switch materials…
more than 50 animated objects etc etc…..i just need something to restart the whole project when after some predefined time no mouse action occurs….so that the next viewer can start from scratch…as i said it is meant to running at a public place where people should be motivated by what they see and get curious to play with it…
But thanks….this might be helpfull for futere projects

there you see the space scene….it takes a bit to load…but once loaded it runs fine on my PC…i have a 8GB graphicboard which is sufficiant….just to give you an idea of the complexibility..Greets

to your understanding……
My project runs fine sofar…it is meant to be running in a public place. People can play with it….if they don´t wanna play with it anymore…they normally leave app as it is at that moment…
after some predefined idle time I want it to be restored to its initial state again…so probably to be reloaded.
I created this puzzle as seen in the attachment….
The scene unloads fine but it doesn´t reload…the screen stays blank.
any ideas how this can be done by puzzles without any programming?

Since i´m not a programmer i don´t really know what you mean,
I just want the whole project to be reloaded after some defined idle time. nothing to be saved or anything. Its meant for a point of information, where the initial state should be restored.Greets

So now i´ve setup the project again from scratch…
Its runing now from my page…but not all
as soon as i bring in the settings for the “lensflares” and my logo in the preload sequenz it doesn´t start….so i left that for now.

i did use a standard template in the first place…
The only thing i changed by hand was the “lensflare” line at the beginning of the javascript…as far as i remember.
But it still doesn´t work over the internett….
Still the question…why does that verge3d.ms when starting Max 2021
And as far as i can say…all the necessary files are in the same folder.
The main thing is that i don´t understand why it doesn´t start loading at all…i will try what happens when i disable the preloader bar.

i did remove the line….nothing changed…
the script file is still coming up when i start Max…
I´ve updated everything as well…uploaded it to my page…
no change….locally everything runs well…but not over the internett..But still the question…can you load the project from your local disk?

i don´t understand what that should help….the whole project has been
created in the latest version of verge3d….
the only thing that makes me wonder is the fact that lately…when i start max..as soon as max is started there appears a window which shows a file , called verge3d.ms…..I exported it as a pdf and attached it here….
I also made a screnshot of part the the verge3d.ms file because in
the original file it show a part which is redly outcolored…as you can see in the *jpg file…..maybe this has something to do with the problem…..if not…maybe you can tell me why it appears..On the other hand….if we cannot solve the problem….it would be a shame….but not really bad…because the application is meant to be running locally on my customers hardware….meant for a planetarium.
Did you have a chance to have a look at it locally at your site?
If not you should do and tell me what you think about it.
