Every thing works fine with out preloader puzzle and transparent background disabled, but to use my custom preloader I have to use preloader puzzle, is there any other way I can remove default preloader without using preloader puzzle.

Yuri, I don’t think its a GWD issue, because I have used pure css, html, and native JavaScript without GWD but it is still showing the same behavior.

and if I remove preloader puzzle and disable transparent background then it will not show any black background

Now if I disable transparent background, it will show a black screen while loading because of preloader puzzle

I just created a test case for you. Please check the following link:

I have also attached my puzzle screenshots.
check the full-screen button it will change the background to black. I have also added the button to take screenshots but it’s not working at the moment.

Thanks Yuri, that is really helpful. I do not want this pdf to be sent to the customer. Rather I just want to give a download option with a picture of the 3d model and details of options selected for the product. Can you guide me on that?
and one more thing, why it is still showing me as a Newbie while I am a license holder user of Verge3D. Thanks.
