ive tried so many times but after i click on install the add on doesnt show in the add ons panel at all

ive tried downloading the addon from this site but every time i installed it it didnt show on the addons list so ive downloaded it from github and copied the python folder into the modules folder of blender and it did show and inside blender too but not the sneak peak or the app manager
