    I am displaying the contents of one.xml file in a container inside my v3d scene.
    When I make changes in the data from the scene container, I want those changes to reflect inside the one.xml file.
    How can I achieve this?

    If it is of any help – For displaying the XML file contents I am using the ‘exec script’ from Advanced puzzle section and writing JavaScript code to do so.

    So you want to save new data in the XML file which is located on the server? For that you would need to send new data to the server – https://www.soft8soft.com/docs/manual/en/puzzles/Advanced.html#send_data
