    Dear Support,
    am working on an online store with verge3d and activating AR options to check the products.
    the problem am facing is when i upload the files to verge3d plugins the AR glitch and doesnt work.
    sometime it do and many others dont.. even same files i upload so i really dont get it.
    check out this page on mobile you will see what i mean when you click on AR MODE button.
    please advice as i cant figuer it out.

    Looks it opens the lens but later it doesn’t work.
    Ground detection looks Ok & orientation also seems fine ( haven’t checked in detail) but the object doesn’t pop up as expected.
