    Please help anyone.

    I have a few projects uploaded into Verge3D cloud server. However, not all projects are shown in the App Manager listing.

    I cannot even select or delete them per say.

    Anyone has the same issue?

    Hi,

    that’s strange. Are you sure these projects of yours were actually uploaded? For example, do their links work in the browser?

    Hi Yuri,

    Sorry for late reply. Yes. Those projects are actually uploaded and the web link works fine. It seems I am allowed to view only 7 projects in my cloud App Manager. Whenever I upload a new project, the ones alphabetically at the bottom will be unviewable. Thus, I have to unload some projects so I can view the hidden ones.

    Maybe it’s an isolated case with my browser or something. Let me try to open with other browser.

    Doesn’t work with other browser. If it’s not a known issue at your side, I try to troubleshoot a bit at my side then. Hopefully, any other users in the community seeing this and having the same issue may shed some light.

    I have 12 projects uploaded in Verge3D network. All the links work fine. Yet, when I press the Open Verge 3D network directory from App Manager, it only listed 7 projects in the directory.

    Anyone has this issue?

    May be you uploaded some of these projects using some other license key or the trial version? you can check your links – they should have the same ID after column symbol, e.g.:

    Update

    I just installed Verge3D for Max, Version: 3.8.1

    The issue somehow resolved itself. Now I can see all my cloud project listed in the network. haha glad it worked out.
