    Hello Folks,

    Hope you doing great, and thank you for taking the time or considering answering my question, since i beleie will helps many others. please :)

    I Have been working on a kind of configurator solution in which i need to scale some part :

    For example a plane 3d object, this plane has a material affected to it.
    for example we need to change it size scaling in only X axes. from 1 to 2 to 3 and then to 4.

    The issue i faced is when you change it scale the material get stretched. i know there must be a solution for this, and I don’t know how to make it works in blender/and Verge3D. on other software it’s the cubical projection mapping.

    PS: I Tried the texture coordinate making it to object and tried generated, and uv, but nothing of this worked properly.

    Please is there any way to do this ?

    Hi,

    I guess it should be possible to adjust UV coordinates on the material level. Each time the model is scaled, you can set a different multiplier using the set value puzzle.

    Hi dear Yuri, thank you alot for your answer, but I tried to find a way to implement the value node, but i couldn’t success, to find it in the value puzle, maybe i didn’t a correct way in the material node editor,

    here in the file attached please a sample of material has a mapping (example 1.75) i would like to control the X Y Z value in the puzzle, please is there any screenshot you can send me back to do this. ?

    The set value puzzle only works with an explicit Value node. You might want to add a Math node just after the UV output and scale the UV using a Value node as factor.

    Hi, you need to use such setup. Add for Location and Multimply for Scale.

    @Mikhail !! Thank you alot! i’m really so thankful this saved my life with all material for each size, i saw also the object projection(cubic texturing) doesn’t work with web real-time rendering at the moment
