Suggestions for automatic arrangement

Dear developers, the automatic alignment feature of Straighten Puzzles up is very fast. The only drawback is that it arranges all the puzzles in a column as a whole, and sometimes the result of the arrangement is not what I want. My idea is whether it is possible to add optional boxes to the two puzzles on the image and participate in automatic alignment for the puzzles below it, so that I can better control the arrangement of the puzzles.
