Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for this tutorial, it’s really helpful for sure.

That said, will this reduce a lot browser memory consumption, and not affect (significantly) fps? Also, I hope that file size will not be too big as well

to me it looked like a lot of lengthy curve to work around.

it can be done in a little easier and faster way, within 3-5 minutes. no curves at all, just pure math.

At the start, how do we get the offsetX and offsetY attached to combinexyz? In Blender 4.2, it seems to be missing

how do we get the offsetX and offsetY

These are just two Value nodes with changed labels.

Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.

Guys, I did make a spritesheet, but the problems is that it slides back whenever I try to loop the animation, instead of being in place.

How do I keep it in place while looping its animation that?

On second thought, I simply shifted a keyframe from 0 to 10. Now sprite remains in place while its animation plays.

Also, how do I make this sprite less grainy, if not grainy at all?

what sprite sheet? your .blend file doesn’t contain any images. just useless file attached…

Where??? It’s just another .blend file WITHOUT your sprite sheet inside.

Sorry for the late reply, I finally figured out the problem, the sprite sheet was too big in size (82.7 mb, and 48,000px x 27, 000 px dimension). I used gimp to cut the file size in half, and now, technically, I can view in on the browser.

Now, another problem is, in the browser, it scrolls horizontally. I just want the file to be stationery while the animation is playing, like a proper gif. Also, any way to reduce graininess and to make this sprite sheet sharper?

I notice in Blender, the texture sprite sheet stays in place while the animation plays. But in browser, the texture scrolls horizontally. How to keep texture in place while animation plays?
