In my blend file, the armatures move accordingly.

But in sneak peak, there is a delay between head/leg vs body movements. Why is that so? Can I use animation puzzles to coordinate animation so all the parts move accordingly together?

Both animations should have the same length.

Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.

If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.

Also, what is the purpose of “Export Playback Range” and “Bake Armature Actions” here? Do I have to check those boxes?

Also, in another blend file, why is there animation clipping in sneak peak, but fine in blender? How to get rid of clipping in sneak peak?

The idea is to have one button to pause/resume them all.
