Hi, to begin thanks for the work you made on verge3d and puzzle.
I need your help, i’m working on a project to configure a cup with a logo on it.
I want the logo to be opaque, and the main color of the cup transparent (like 30%)
I want to control the opacity by value (i use a lot puzzle).
I cant make it work, someone can show me the right path? Thanks a lot !

Yes, but you need to set it to Alpha Blend type of the transperency instead of Alpha CLip.

2020-06-22 at 9:11 pm #29123marshallusCustomeri’m sorry i cant get what i want working.
I will try to explain better :
– the logo must be opaque, and it can have some colors on it
– the color or the cup can change, and the cup could be transparent and i want to control it
(i’m trying to make an old application i made in old blend4web version to verge3d)2020-06-23 at 3:18 am #29126GLiFTeKCustomerHi
You might want to use translucency.
For either translucency or transparency use a png file with a transparent background, in an image texture.Start with a texture coordinates node (uv or object) to a mapping node to the image texture to the Fac of a mix texture node. Top input of the mix transparent or translucent then bottom one diffuse or emission… Then out to material output.
To control the amount of transparent then put an RGB into the transparent color socket then you can change its color and alpha
