Im really excited with trying the new scroller capabilities. Would it be possible to get a .max file example for the scroller in the next update?
I’m modifying the example scroller in Verge 3.4 and running into a few issues.
Here are the issues:
1. Cannot scroll page unless cursor is over text.
2. Initial camera view is blurred.HTMl Link: Example
3DSMAX File Link: Max file

We’re planning the 3ds Max tutorial series in the future. (need to record the Basics part first)
1. Cannot scroll page unless cursor is over text.
maybe you have checked “in parent doc”
Have you seen this tutorial?Initial camera view is blurred.
try deactivating the puzzles for disabling scene rendering.
2020-10-06 at 12:51 pm #33905martyCustomer– Disabling the anti alias option resolved the blur issue.
– With the scroll issue, non of the puzzles have parent doc checked. This is an exact copy of the scroll project. The only difference is I added my own 3d GLTF files.

Yes, the original demo works correctly in Chrome browser.
Using a new max project and a new verge project, I believe there is a missing capability in the verge 3dsmax exporter.
In the Maya tutorial you mention to set the camera controls to disabled. There is no function in 3dsmax. In my 3dsmax example the object scene pans in or out when I use the mouse scroller. When using the browser scroll bar I am able to see the scrolling effect.

2020-10-09 at 1:23 pm #34020sirhcCustomerHi Guy’s
Looked into the Scroll for 3ds Max version.
So here’s my attempt. Completely setup form 3ds max.
All code is the same & max file camera works also.
Linked materials in puzzle work (not tweaked thou, just working)
Scene rendering also works & scroll not on text also.(extra div)
Two Questions:
-Fonts work but I dont understand how…??
-How did you do the Background blue effect???Greetz Chris

How did you do the Background blue effect?
Not sure that it’s possible to reproduce using 3ds max shader system.
