I’d like to propose a request for Verge3D : better file management.
Let me explain that :
When i export a gltf file, the exporter (from 3dsmax) copies the needed files in the root application folder, so i get some png / jpg / hdr files here.
as i’m a sort of storage freak, i wish i could put them into a “textures” sub-folder.
I’ve tried to make 3dsmax use the textures files from an inside subfolder, like \appFoleder\textures\… but the exporter still copies them into the main root app folder.
Is that a limitation for gltf ? If not, would it be possible to add an option in the exporter so the assets files would be saved into a subfolder ?
Also, beside my willing to tidy up a bit, it would be simplier to explain to the web agency that will manage the hosting that those files need to be here “in vrac”.
