    It looks like you hit the connection speed limit. It takes more than 1 hour to upload 900 Mb, after which the session expires. Anyway, you got a very big web app which you might optimize before deploying.

    Hello
    So i use verge 3D to make a Booth exhibition, in that model i put some video using texture with Mp4 format

    In the first picture :
    When i click the normal verge which is (Localhost) link, it normal and i can play the video actually

    In the second picture :
    But after i publish the model, and klik cdn.soft8soft link, the video turn to black and i can’t play anything

    Hello, i could manage it to get the app running on desktop, but so far, no luck on mobile …
    What possibilities do i have to have faster load times or even just loading the app in first place beside long loading time?

    After updating version 4.9, the icon can’t be loaded, but the function can be used. When you enter the web development mode, you find that the svg file response is 00000000.

    What OS version you use? Have you upgraded from another version? If so you might cleanup the old version entirely and install 4.9 from scratch.

    Also, please copy-past the content of the app manager log: http://localhost:8668/log

    I see, if you install it on disk C: in the default installation folder (C:\Program Files\Verge3D_for_Blender) will it work?

    It won’t.I understand that there is another community group in China that is in the same situation as me, which may be a problem that needs attention.

    Try one of these steps:

    1) Check if some other browser works (e.g. Firefox)
    2) Reset App manager settings with http://localhost:8668/reset
    3) Restart your PC then install Verge3D into some other folder
    4) Check Blender addon settings, maybe Verge3D addon is loaded twice or have different version

    Also please provide the contents of Blender console (Window ‣ Toggle System Console menu).

    BTW what Blender version you use?

    I also have the same problem, not just http://localhost:8668/ The icon is missing, just like the SVG file provided in the case. It was missing when I turned on my computer today. Is this because I used Google Web Designer?
