For me updating to the latest driver did the trick-431.60-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql

Yep, neither we did. This looks to be reproducible only for Geforce GTX Ti series + certain driver version + (possibly) multiple displays must be present.
2019-07-31 at 4:33 am #17400mikeCustomerI have one monitor + one VR headset.
Here’s what I’ve done so far to try to fix the issue:
Updated Nvidia drivers to 431.60. Full shutdown. Restarted. Artifacts remained.
Unplugged VR headset video and USB connections. Full shutdown. Restarted. Artifacts remained.
Tested in both Firefox and Chrome, each with CTRL+F5 refreshes. Artifacts remained.
See attached for latest test sample of the scooter on https://cdn.soft8soft.com/demo/applications/scooter/index.html
Since it seems to be occurring in both browsers here, I’m thinking that it may be a driver-related issue even after the update.
Next step I’m going to try is a clean Nvidia driver install, but I have a question first…
Which driver are you guys using that is producing flawless rendering:
GeForce Game Ready Driver WHQL 431.60
or
NVIDIA Studio Driver SD 431.70

I also have an Nvidea GTX (1050Ti), but the browser used the integrated intel graphics 630. Multiple displays were also active when seeing the reported behavior.
2019-07-31 at 4:24 pm #17425mikeCustomerIssue resolved! Thanks everyone! :) Notes below are for anyone else who may be having similar troubles.
Downloaded the standalone Nvidia driver from
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspxUninstalled all the Nvidia drivers via Control Panel -> Programs and Features, with multiple reboots along the way.
Once everything was cleared out, the Scooter demo worked great (as did my own projects which had been showing artifacts as well) on the integrated graphics.
Did a clean install of the Nvidia driver. Used the Custom Install option to skip the audio/physx/GFE and only install the driver.
Scooter demo new results are attached.
