Remote work opening: Javascript/CSS/Verge3d/UI-UX

The following is open until Dec 31st, 2021.

Route 66 Digital (www.r66d.com) builds interactive applications using Verge and other solutions that require custom interfaces.ds We are looking for a digital craftsman that will be part of a team that creates amazing experiences for tradeshows, museums, mobile apps, games and websites.

We have three openings options: full-time, part-time and freelance.
Qualifications:
– 5 years experience with JavaScript / CSS / HTML
– 5 years experience with Photoshop / Illustrator or equivalent
– Portfolio of functioning UI (weblinks, video, etc.)
– Portfolio of UX (weblinks, images, video, etc.)
– has in-depth knowledge of responsive design
– has experience with desktop, tablet, and mobile phone deployments
– experience with CMS solutions helpful
– desire to learn Verge3d as it relates to puzzles, javascript and HTML
– the ability to work with and integrate solutions with other R66D developers.

Position Description:
Full-Time (U.S. only)
Part-Time (U.S. only)
Freelance (must have a business entity, sole proprietorship, LLC, etc. Must be able to prove you have other clients. Not all work available outside the US)

Design and develop user interfaces for use in a variety of interactive solutions including but not limited to: 2D/3D menus systems, tutorials, help systems, loading screens, etc. The accepted candidate(s) would report to a Project Producer for timelines and requirements and would report to the Project Technical Lead for specifics related to programming requirements.

Location: Remote work (high-speed internet required)
Hardware: FT/PT – hardware will be provided

Hours: 8am to 5pm M-F. Freelancers make their own dates and times.
FT/PT can schedule their hours as needed per project or as needs arise. We are more worried about getting great quality work done on time than worry about when you work.

Salary level.
FT $90K to $150K per year depending on experience – US dollars
PT uses FT scale but is dependent on hours per month.
Freelance – project-based

FT/PT will be required to sign NDA and pass a security/background check.

Freelancers will be required to sign NDA and Vendor engagement agreement.
