Prevent (certain) objects passing through each other?

My Models and characters are made up of individual objects.

I suspect I can use Object Puzzles to prevent (chosen) objects passing through each other, and logic puzzles. Objects puzzles such as:

Get Object Dimensions

Set Transform:

Change local transform:
