Hello,
I’ve run into the problem where the puzzle editor for all new projects doesn’t load anything. Nothing is displayed in the viewport window and the editor doesn’t recognize anything in the scene it should be referencing; like if I try to use a ‘show’ puzzle there are no options for anything to select (I’m using Max 2025 and Verge version 4.7.1). However, the runnable apps show up perfectly fine. All of this is the case even with the default cube scene.
The puzzles for old projects still show up as normal, I previously was using Max 2023 and Verge 4.1.0. I’m not sure what to look for in the F12 dialogues- I tried comparing to the projects with working puzzles but I don’t notice anything obviously different.
I’m using Chrome and tried opening in different browsers but ran into the same issues.Thank you for any clues!

attach one of these new apps here (zipped).
Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.
If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.

2024-10-21 at 3:35 pm #78036ablausenCustomerI thought so, it didn’t seem like the attachment worked.
I’ve since tried 4.6 in Max 2025 but that doesn’t work either.
Re-installing 4.1 and going back to Max 2023 does work, though.2024-10-21 at 6:47 pm #78037kdvParticipantYou didn’t updated your Verge3D installation properly. New apps are created with new logic files but with old v3d.js

2024-10-22 at 3:04 pm #78052ablausenCustomerThank you, I see. I uninstalled the program from “installed apps” and deleted the Verge folder under “Program Files” before re-install, but every time even with the fresh download the v3d.js has the const Ue 4.1.0. What step am I missing?
