    Hi everyone,

    I’m having trouble loading the application into a WordPress site.
    It always worked until a couple of weeks ago, from that point on it started loading slower and always stops when few files are missing at the end.

    I worked to optimize it, it currently weighs 70mb and there is one mesh with about twenty materials.

    I have already increased the maximum upload size and
    contact the provider to configure the server in the best way.

    What is the cause and how can the problem be solved?

    Hi to everyone,

    now the application is loaded correctly, I transferred everything via FTP.

    You can see well on one of the pCs on which I am testing it, but not on others and not on all browsers responds in the same way.

    What is possible that creates this problem?

    Currently the application functions are not working, I am working on the puzzles, in the meantime, however, I do not see this well either.

    I checked the performance, and it seems that everything is more or less ok.

    For some reason there are 3 instances of Verge3D loaded on that page, which load and render the scene 3 times. You might take a look.

    Hi Yuri,

    i’m sorry, but I’m a newcomer to the subject, what do you mean by instances? Where should I look to delete the two more?

    Are the server specifications I forwarded to you correct?

    Unfortunately the specs seem to be not attached to this forum topic.
    Anyway, if you hit F12, you can see in the browser console that Verge3D is initialized 3 times. Also, in the Network section of the console it looks like the same images are loaded multiple times. When inspecting this, my computer hang and I had to hard reboot, which is strange for such a small application.

    Could it be due to?

    Now I’ve tried to create another verge3D application by inserting all the blender project files of this 3D bag, so we can see if things get better.

    I probably didn’t do the project to perfection but what is ours due to the fact that you load three times? so I can figure out what to change.

    Plus exporting the ‘Verge3D glTF’ scene generates me a BLEND.1 file that I don’t see in other applications, is that normal?

    Initially the app, although very slowly, was running and all the features in WooCommerce were active, after i optimized the application I have to do some wrong operation, if necessary I can load the old application.

    Now I have correctly attached the PHP tab of the hosting on which this site resides.

    We investigated this further. This is not related to WordPress.

    This standalone link also does not work:

    For some reason, your application loads itself again via iframe. This repeats until all computer resources are exhausted, and finally crashes.
