Post asking for help marked as spam?

I just wrote a lengthy post in the Blender section asking questions about first person and collision maps (post title “Blender 4.2: First Person environment with texture based collision map”). After posting It I got the message “post is spam” or something like that and the post was removed. There was absolutely no spam in it. How can I ask questions about the software I bought a license for yesterday? If this forum does not work, are there other means for that?
