    I suspect this might be a bug. I’m setting variables from dictionary values that are numbers. The start and end frame variables are working within the Play Animation puzzle, but when I place a variable for speed the animation seems to play very fast or skips to the end frame.

    Hi,

    Try to print the value of “stepspeed” to the browser console. I suspect it may be undefined.

    I did try that. Looks correct, no?

    btn event step_text: btn-step_1
    visual_logic.js:583 Step: 1 triggered.
    visual_logic.js:586 stepspeed: 0.3
    visual_logic.js:593 stepdisplay method --> step_1
    visual_logic.js:609 Finished Step: 1

    Yes, I’ve got it narrowed down now but would prefer to email it to you, if that’s okay.

    Thanks! It helped us isolate and fix the bug in the play animation puzzle – when animation speed is represented with a variable. Please check your app with the fixed Puzzles (attached).
