    I am not able to get the outline effect in blender as it is there in industrial robot can u please help me.

    Try to disable Render Hidden Line in outline settings.

    I have turned on the ‘same but the highlight it seems too jagged..
    is there antialiasing issue in here how to make the highlight more smoother?

    Try to use FXAA antialiasing type.
