    Hello!

I’m testing Verge3D with a variety of different browsers on both PC and Mac, and for the most part the materials appear the same between browsers, but I have an issue on Mac where the materials look the same on Safari and Chrome, but in Firefox it appears significantly more saturated. Safari is using WebGL 1.0 and Chrome is using WebGL 2.0 so I don’t think its an issue with that, but I’m a little stumped on how to approach adjusting the material for just one browser on Mac.

I’d appreciate any insight on how to approach this issue. Thanks!

    Hi,

can you provide a link to your application, and some screenshots showing the difference? Thanks!

    Hello,

I’m not currently able to share the application or detailed screenshots due to the nature of the project, but I can provide a side by side of Firefox (left) vs Safari (right) of the difference between the materials.

Any idea what could be causing the discrepancy? Thanks!

Difficult to say without seeing the application. May be you could create a simplified project that only contains this material assigned to a plane?

cmowry, sorry that I make my suggestion, this suggestion came from another friend of my, who is a web developer:
“you need to accept that the different browser shows different renders. This is natural and nobody can do anything about”
