Hi there, I have built some games for eLearning and I am running into a couple issues. Both have to do with displaying on mobile.

Please see, “1-low res.png”. When the game loads on mobile in and iFrame inside a course it initially looks very low res. Once I rotate my phone to landscape the resolution becomes high res and very clear like it’s supposed to. and when I rotate my phone back to portrait the game is high res. Please see, “2-high res.png” it looks much better now after rotating the phone.

Please see,”Retina Display (hiDPI).jpg”. I have included this in the puzzles under the “main tab”. Can you please tell me why the game is showing low resolution on the first viewing?

Next, Please see, “Missing objects.png”. Sometimes when the game loads on mobile it is missing objects from the blend file. Once I refresh the browser the missing objects appear. Please see, “All objects present.png”. Please let me know why the objects are missing and how to fix it so that they show up the first time the game loads.

Here is a link to the game:

Thank you for you help, Yuri!

Try to enable HDPicomposing for all object that you want to kepp hi-resolution texture. It’s in the verge3D settings of the object.
