Hello Verge3d team,
I am a trial user, and was currently developing my first proyect in order to gain my first client so I could pay the standalone license.
The thing is, I formatted my computer, and foolishly forgot to backup my projects thinking they would be stored in the cloud! The only thing I have left are the links, and it saddens me a bunch to lose all this hard work that literally took me months. Is there any way to retrieve this information? Both links are:
Model H Embed Code: <iframe width=”1024″ height=”640″ allowfullscreen src=”https://cdn.soft8soft.com/AROAJSY2GOEHMOFUVPIOE:a3e3624d5d/applications/Case_Markus_H/Case_Markus_H.html”></iframe>Model Pro HD Embed Code: <iframe width=”1024″ height=”640″ allowfullscreen src=”https://cdn.soft8soft.com/AROAJSY2GOEHMOFUVPIOE:a3e3624d5d/player/player.html?load=../applications/Case_Markus/Case_Markus.gltf&logic=../applications/Case_Markus/visual_logic.js”></iframe>
I have both old version of the projects in case you need proof it is mine.
Please help me recover these files!
Thank you2022-05-27 at 12:41 am #52453xeonCustomerWell let’s just say given the links I can’t access it but you probably have the links.
If you upload your 3D file with it you are going to be okay.
Access the server and download the xml file or get it from your web temp files. You can get all the files by just going to the link and download them by file name… from that you can rebuild the project.
Hopefully soft8soft will grant you access and make it easier.

I am a bit confused on the instructions, I’m not much of a webguy, sorry. How can I access the server?2022-05-27 at 5:50 am #52455xeonCustomerFirst I would install Blender and V3d using the same serial number and creditials you used previously. The links you provide not work so if you have the links that work where you can view your application…then you should be ok.
If you are not much of a web guy you might want to find a developer you know that can help you out. You are hopefully going to be able to retrieve you 3D file, the gltf, the puzzles and any HTMl, CSS and JS that was written as long as you have the links to where your application is. Once you have that…its a process of downloading the individual files and using them to manually create a new project. Not a simple way to go…its a bit of a pain but if you have the links then it could be done.
