from what and to what version of Verge3D are you migrating?Mmmm, i don’t remember.
I have a backup of my old scenes… How can i check it?
Now, i’m on last stable version
2019-10-21 at 12:57 pm #20514Yuri KovelenovStaffThere were some changes with shadows in v.2.13. It is possible that some settings changed their influence. Based on your screenshot, I’d suggest you try tweaking Bias: https://www.soft8soft.com/docs/manual/en/introduction/Shadows-Max.html

the zero value won’t work well. Try using some positive number instead.I’ve tried it, doesn’t work. It’s very strange :-S
I’ll test ist with a new fresh scene…
2019-10-22 at 1:34 pm #20583Yuri KovelenovStaff2019-10-22 at 4:41 pm #20612ManuelCustomerlet us know how it goes!
I made some tests with new scales, etc… No luck!
The only way to fix it is to get back to 2.12
It seems that shadow bias values below “1” have no effect

We’ve found what causes this issue with floating shadows. Apparently we need to adjust how shadow bias is exported by the addon to avoid that.
We’ll fix it in the next release/pre-release of verge3d for Max.
