    Hi!
The question is actually stated in the title. Actually in Blender 2.8 the internal Renderer will be cropped. How does this affect Verge3D Plugin implementation? Will the node system and material preview be available the same way?

    Thanks and regards

    Hi,

Thank you for bringing this up. Indeed, a few days ago the internal renderer code was removed from the Blender repository, which is going to be replaced with the next-gen real-time renderer dubbed Eevee. We believe this a huge step forward, since the new viewport brings many modern graphics features that were previously unavailable in the internal renderer: PBR, post-process effects, soft shadows, global illumination, subsurface scattering, etc – all previewed in real-time.

Verge3D users will surely benefit from the upcoming Blender 2.8 update, and we are going to deliver these state-of-the-art features once it is out. Stay tuned!

Looks like porting our material library to Eevee will be rather straightforward!
