    Hello everyone,

    M trying to create a big project and I need to know how many vertices can Verge3d handle considering the loading time when it will goes live.

    There’s no limit on Verge3D side but it depends on device you will view an app and they all different to say something exact.

    I want this project to be smoothly loaded and viewed on every device, what you will recommend for the max vertices to be used or any other recommendation to achieve this.

    I would recommend to keep all scene under 300k (better) – 500k (max) vertices.

    just a word of caution…the limitations on devices is rarely the vertice count. The limiting factors will be your textures, lighting, post process effects, etc. I have tested Verge3d on mobile phones with triangle counts in the millions and it can work fine if the textures are simple… I have had models with less than 25K triangles cause me all sorts of grief…so no single parameter will give you a indication of speed of load, or performance…I just have to build it and optimize it.

    Late reply, but me personally, I’d minimize vertices as much as possible, while using vertex colors for all my meshes, and using flat planes with simple textures for really large areas
