Hello Verge community. I am working on a project where I have a working way to list out the objects within a group via html, and then format it into somewhat of a viewable mess.

I’m hoping that someone could share the way that you guys go about listing out the groups of objects in your scenes, as Im working on a menu right now for a small personal project. Basically I’d like to list out the groups of a scene like the objects in a group so I can then make them all links an clickable to go view their respective object.

I use Blender, as Im sure it would be different with other applications.

    Thanks!

    Only this way:

No special puzzle to do the job. Actually, collections/groups in Verge3D and Blender are not objects (they don’t have position/rotation/scale), they are a property of objects.

Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.

If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.

Thank you very much! I wasn’t anticipating having to use Javascript for this, so I was going crazy looking around in the menus for something

I’ll have to brush up on JS. :good:
