    Hi team,
    I play around new version verge, find that when put chinese in puzzled block ‘text’ ,and push run button, the 3D viewport just show a “?” not the right font.
    I know support this need do much work like font load and more. so, write a feature request here for note.

    Hi Xueke,

    Yes, this feature needs UTF font support. We are going to make it available in the final release. It will be optional though, since the full set of characters brings additional 20 Mb in file size.

    Yes, Puzzles can be translated to other languages. We can do Chinese translation in the future.

    HI, found the same issue. While in the example application “international_text” it can display Chinese characters correctly. In this example it uses “BfontInt.ttf” font, I try this font and the issue still there. Is there any differences with that or other ways to get it?

    I created another application and with the same model file, it works fine.
    This may the cached older model file cause the problem.

    Great you worked that out! For your information, since version 2.2 Verge3D offers a way to load and use any fonts. See the Custom fonts section in the release article.
