Hi, I tried hooking up the export to gltf puzzle to my hot tub configurator as a test, but it doesn’t seem to be working? Is there a specific way it should be hooked up?

2021-01-12 at 12:53 pm #37289KurtGRCustomerNothing happens, if I remove it from the “on even click” puzzle, it downloads a blank scene when I refresh it – I can’t seem to trigger it manually.
2021-01-12 at 1:09 pm #37290Mikhail LuzyaninStaffcan you share your scene with logic?

2021-01-12 at 1:38 pm #37296KurtGRCustomerSure, I’ll send it to you over facebook.
2021-01-12 at 2:35 pm #37301johngrigniCustomerI had a great deal of trouble with that puzzle, and it came down to the ‘only visible’ option. Eventually I had to delete everything I didn’t want to download and then reload the page with the current state saved in url parameters.

You need to attach it here or upload to any file sharing service and leave link here. If you won’t to share your project here, you need to make simple example of the problem and attach it here.

2021-01-13 at 10:32 am #37332KurtGRCustomerI can’t upload my scene here because this is a public forum and it’s a client project, I also can’t reproduce the bug with a “simple example” since it seems the bug is unique to my scene.
It’s not very professional to expect customers to upload clients intellectual property to a public forum for troubleshooting.
So I guess my customer support I pay licence fee for ends there, thanks anyway.

Private support available only for Enterprise License and for Support and Consulting Plan. This policy allow us to free some time for the development of the software because if we would contact each user via e-mail this would took most of our time.
Then if you can’t send your project then may be you can make some screenshots of the browser console and describe the problem further with more details.

2021-01-13 at 12:29 pm #37340KurtGRCustomerI can appreciate customer support is time consuming, I think this might be a bug maybe worth looking at though – it’s just an issue with the simple gltf download puzzle I show in my first post (I tried applying this puzzle to your Swiss Knife demo and it seems to work fine)
Maybe it doesn’t work with more complicated scenes? I tried to attach the download puzzle to many different “on click” elements and none of them work, my puzzle editor is quite complex so not even sure what I could show you.
2021-01-13 at 3:52 pm #37346Yuri KovelenovStaff2021-01-14 at 12:07 pm #37391KurtGRCustomerSo I’ve deleted 4 pages of puzzles, and I’ve found something very strange.
At first I thought it was something to do with a compressed .xz scene, so I tried removing that and manually loading the .gltf, but it still didn’t work.
I deleted a bunch of CSS interactions so I could see my UI before the scene loaded, and for some reason, if I click the button before the scene finishes loading, it works, but if I let the scene finish loading, then click the download button – it doesn’t.
https://streamable.com/ma2h7e – video of the bug reproduced, I’ve also reproduced this bug with my fully functional scene with no removed puzzles, just hiding preloader and clicking the download button before the scene finishes loading.
2021-01-15 at 8:37 am #37403Mikhail LuzyaninStaffUnfortunally, the video won’t load. Can you upload it somewhere on youtube or something more commonly used.

2021-01-15 at 2:01 pm #37419Mikhail LuzyaninStaffSeems it’s was saved because your main sene not loaded, so all gltf 2 are empty, that’s why it was save, but we try to figure out why your model not saved. Ma be you have some specific setup there, try to remove one by one some geometry in you scene until you will be able to save the scene to gltf.
