Dragging on circular surface instead of rectangle ??

Hello dears, I Hope you doing good.

Please I was wondering if we can achieve the possibility to drag an object within a specific cylinder or a circular area.

the drag and drop can make the object be dragged freely on all space, and there is constraint limitation but it works only as a rectangle (with min and max value) (like red rectangle on the picture attached)

i will be so thankful if someone tried a solution for similar case ?
