Hello,
I am testing the trial version.
In your demo the diamonds are very nice but I would like to be as in meisterschmuck.ch as there is more contrast and shiny.

Could you please tell me if you have a diamond set up so that it will render the same?
A suggestion on how to render it the same will be very useful.

2020-04-24 at 5:48 am #26493cristianctinCustomerHi,
Thank you for the reply.
I have already tried to tweak it, and tested many variations but I did not get even close to what they made.
Could you please elaborate a bit “They have different nature” ?
What do you mean by that ?
They have another software ?

They used another software (Blend4Web) and they used another type of shaders so they work different, but I’m shure that you can achieve the same effect using Verge3D engines, because we already made once the same shader for customer, that was a copy of this shader you shared, but unfrotunally I can’t share it. Using this shader that uncluded in the engines repo you can try to change an HDRI environment map to get closer look, because most of reflecation and all look depend on HDRI environmant map stricktly.

2020-04-24 at 8:55 am #26511cristianctinCustomerHi,
Thank you for clarification.
I will follow your recommendation and work on your demo diamond shaders and change the HDRI.
Hopefully I will make the right HDRI and get the shiny diamond I need.
Thank you for your kind support2020-05-01 at 4:02 pm #27067cristianctinCustomerHi,
I have changed many HDRI and make some of them from scratch.
Unfortunately I get some jagged margins on the diamond and metal.
Do you have any suggestion on how to eliminate this jagged edges?
I am attaching an image to see them.

You also may increase cubemap resolution for refraction in lightprobe settings of render panel in Blender. Also try to increase multiplier of the canvas using Set Screen Scale puzzle with 1.5 – 2.0 value.

2020-05-01 at 9:16 pm #27071cristianctinCustomerHi,
There are improvements by adding Set Screen Scale puzzle to 2.
However I can not see the the improvements in browser.
Have you any idea why ?
Please see the attached image.
Thank you
Edited:
When I decrease the browser window I can see the improvements.
When I maximize the browser window or I am in full screen from the Verge3D toggle fullscreen mode I can not see the improvements2020-05-02 at 1:08 am #27075GLiFTeKCustomerYou could add a tiny bevel to your hard edges to catch extra specular detail.
In the real world there are no perfect edges… (Yet ;) )

Thank you for your suggestion.
I applied the bevel, but no changes.
However, on diamonds it looks unrealistic to apply round edges, even tiny ones.
The diamonds models ( inner and outer ) in Jewelry Configurator are fine, there is not need to model another ones, but I need the render without jagged edges.

I am testing an application without any diamond.
The model has jagged edges.
Is there any settings to make and remove these jagged edges?
