    Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask did anyone try to increase amount of material limit for this puzzle?
Or maybe there is some workaround how to apply materials afterwards?

I’m trying to create a table configurator and to show connections and drillings.
But to achieve this with shape keys gets quite complicated since vertices gets tangled.

Single material is not an option since UV distortion.

I tried and did (had to re-work JS code) https://drive.google.com/…/view?usp=drive_link (materials using normal maps are also supported).
Maybe someday they in S8S will also add multi-material support…

Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.

If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.

    Looks great. :good:

Hope S8S will integrate similar logic to this puzzle as well.
    Was it a difficult re-write?
Maybe you could recommend me where to start looking?

    Thank you.

    Great work.
Hope this will be implemented into puzzles as well.

Could you help me out by guiding where to start looking to achieve similar functionality?

    Thank you :good:

it’s hardly possible  you need to have source code of the CSG puzzle and re-work ~40% of its functionality. I just can’t explain in short how to do it  It was a year ago…
