    Hello – new user here!

    I’m trying to create a scorm file, I’m assuming the zipped folder will be in my cloud directory but nothing appears, even the creation seems quicker than packaging a normal zip file.

    Follow the guide, I’ve added the puzzles to talk to the LMS but I’m not even getting a zip file created. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers!

    Hi, by using the built-in SCORM tool you can create this ZIP automatically. It will ask to download the file to your local device (it does not perform cloud uploading).

    Thanks for responding Alexander – I did expect it to be local, but nothing appears, so I wanted to check – I’ve uploaded a screen capture – you can the scorm builder basically just opens and closes, way too quick to compile anything?

    It appears to be not working correctly… what Verge3D version you use? Also, you might share this project so our devs could test it as well.

    Hello Alexander – its 4.3.1 for blender.

    I didn’t see this before in the app manger server:

    Starting App Manager server (port 8668, package BLENDER)
    Uncaught exception POST /create_scorm/ (127.0.0.1)
    HTTPServerRequest(protocol=’http’, host=’localhost:8668′, method=’POST’, uri=’/create_scorm/’, version=’HTTP/1.1′, remote_ip=’127.0.0.1′)
    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File “C:\Program Files\Verge3D_for_Blender\manager\lib\tornado\web.py”, line 1713, in _execute
    result = await result
    File “C:\Program Files\Verge3D_for_Blender\manager\server.py”, line 2475, in post
    zipDir.mkdir()
    File “D:\obj\windows-release\37amd64_Release\msi_python\zip_amd64\pathlib.py”, line 1268, in mkdir
    PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: ‘C:\\Program Files\\Verge3D_for_Blender\\zip’
    500 POST /create_scorm/ (127.0.0.1) 10.00ms

    I’m much more a graphics guy, so this means nothing to me! But I’m happy to share, wherever I have to send it. Thanks again for investigating.

    Access is denied: ‘C:\\Program Files\\Verge3D_for_Blender\\zip’

    This also means nothing to you?

    Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.

    Well, I get what “access is denied” means. After a quick chatgpt it turns out that if I run verge3d as an administrator – it works! Thanks for pushing me in the right direction.

    Think. The user you are working under is not allowed to write into that folder. Just give this user write permissions for that folder.

    Hi, this appears to be a bug. In general, we don’t require having admin access or write permissions for the installation directory. But not in this case. I’m going to add this task to our TODO list.

    Why is there no possibility to convert my app to SCORM package on the right hand side of my App Manager ? will it only be there if I purchase the licensed version ?

    best wishes
    Julian
