    There could be a number of reasons this is happening. It seems your GLTF is not loading.
    If you haven’t already tried…re-exporting the GLTF will often fix this issue.

    If that does not resolve the issue. Then I would recommend reviewing your latest changes to your puzzles. You may want to go back to the previous version in you backups and take a look.

    Please note you will need to add a button or something clickable for a video to play. The user must click on something for video to play.

    I dont use V3D physics…. so I am not able to assist in this area.
