    What I need to know really is- can users download and extract library models that i’m using in my webgl apps? When i looked on CG Trader it said it was OK to use these models as long as the app was encrypted. I think this is more for Playstation games than webgl but does anyone know more?

    generally speaking everything that is uploaded to the Internet can be downloaded.
