i’ve been playing with group nodes doing tutorials for ones that work on the render viewer in order to make visual effects like vignettes, chromatic abberation, blur, lense flairs..
is there any way to parse the Verge 3D Camera through compositing nodes? or is there a way to get them to work in verge another more simple way i’m missing?
alot of this is still very fresh to me so i am asking.or possibly as an addition..
“adjustment plates” where we could have planes the size of our camera field parented to the camera, placed at the camera field of view, and act as adjustment layers containing shaders with blending modes to combine multiple “plate” planes for a more robust set of options for the final live render…i’ve done this sort of thing with “Touch Designer”. would love to see it here.

You can place a semi-transparent plane in front of the camera and add some sort of darkening to it’s corner to get vignetting effect, but this may cause problems for rendering another transparent objects in the scene. But you can try to set this plane to Multiply Alpha mode this may help in some moments.

Cool thing, but unfortunally I don’t thinks that this can be implemented in near future in the Verge3D engine.

where exactly would i find the blending mode option for applying “Multiply Alpha”? in blender, Verge3D, or actually just in written code?
also..
my current project uses many transparent background PNGs on planes.
is many transparent layers a known issue for verge 3D..
if so..is there anywhere i can read up about that specific thing so i know what to watch out for?thanks!

It’s in the material settings.

You can read it here. You need to pay tention to z-intex of this object, because many of transparent object usually cover each other.
