    Hi, I have two textures that are not showing up on mobile devices yet they are showing up on desktop. They have the same node setup as another texture that does work. Please help.

    The outside and inside boards of the rink do not show on mobile.

    Hi John,

    The texture you’re using in the scene is way to big (8701×8701 pixels), and likely does not fit in the memory of a mobile device. It is also non-power-of-two (512, 1024, 2048 etc) which is bad for WebGL.

    I strongly recommend you to downscale it to say 2048 pixels. It should still look sharp at this res.

    Thank you very much for that. I’ve adjusted the graphic. It actually wasn’t that graphic that is giving me a problem, it’s:

    LogoRoughness.png and Boards.png, they are not showing on mobile.

    I used principled shader and emission shader, neither work on mobile but work on desktop.

    Please help, cheers

    I see. Can you attach here a .blend file that only contains the malfunctioning material (with textures included)? We’d take a look.

    THank you, I changed the images in question to 515×512 and it resolved the issue.
