    Hi,
    When i try to do reset product with ‘load scene’ puzzle, after i click, a black window appear for few seconds.

    How i can remove it?

    sorry for late response. You can probably check out the demo called Jewelry Configurator where parts of the scene are loaded at run time.

    no problem for latest respond.
    I solved this problem after have selected ‘transparent background’ in ‘init’ puzzles section.
