    I created a new app and opened the 3d max file. Here comes the following error message (see file) that I should convert parts of the scene. What am I supposed to do here? Convert?

    Have no idea. Just open some of your old files with tuned lights and cameras, remove all, except lights and cameras and export it as an empty scene.

    It works.. super. Now I still have a problem. In the app https://vitrine.de/glasvitrinen/tischvitrine-saturn/ does the ar button not work it comes the error should “do you want to load “unknown”? It does not start the ar mode. What could be the reason for this?

    I have checked the materials, there are no groups available

    Can’t see the AR button. So can tell nothing. Suppose, it’s visible on iPhones only ))) Make it visible for desktop browsers…

    The button must have the same structure, with <img> inside <a>
